If you find yourself in Springville, Utah, a visit to Pueblo Coffee On Main is a must. Nestled at 388 N Main St #10, this cozy coffee shop offers much more than just a caffeine fix. From the moment you step inside, you are embraced by an atmosphere bustling with friendly faces and a genuine passion for great food and drinks.
Pueblo Coffee On Main quickly proves itself as a local gem, receiving rave reviews for its innovative beverages and mouthwatering bites. Elena Vega highlights one standout: the rich dark blend of the Mexican mocha latte. Unlike many overly sweet interpretations, here, the balance of flavors is crafted to perfection. Don’t miss the chilaquiles, which Elena declares are an absolute delight!
But it doesn’t stop there. This spot truly shines when it comes to hearty breakfast options. Tayla Chapa sings praises for the mini bacon burrito and the breakfast tacos, boasting a robust flavor profile thanks to the delightful chorizo and expertly crafted tortillas. And let’s not forget the verde salsa, which Tayla describes as "incredible." The sense of community is palpable, with a charming family atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back for more.
For the adventurous coffee lover, there’s the spiced sugar skull latte, adored by Kaime Gee for its distinctive festive flavors and delightful customer service. While the speed may take a backseat to the warm, welcoming vibe, the rustic charm makes each visit memorable. The breakfast burrito, while fine, could use the crisp addition of hashbrowns, but Melfyre assures us that the verde salsa remains outstanding!
Whether you’re stopping in for a quick drink or settling down for a leisurely meal, Pueblo Coffee On Main encapsulates what it means to have a vibrant coffee culture combined with wholesome food. Generous portions, friendly staff, and a commitment to quality are just a few reasons why this locale deserves a spot on your culinary itinerary. So, grab your friends and come experience the magic of Pueblo Coffee this weekend! You won’t regret it.
“ Tony hooked it up with the food! The chilaquiles were delicious and the Mexican mocha latte was perfect. Usually mocha lattes are too chocolatey but this one was just right! Don’t forget to try their Muffin Tops(best part of any muffin!) ”
“ 100% will be my new favorite place to come. We came on a Saturday morning and sat in the back. We got an iced dirty chai and an iced regular chai, both with oat milk! I got a mini bacon burrito and my partner got the breakfast tacos with chorizo and bacon. The mini burrito was the perfect size. The corn tortillas for the tacos held together. The verde salsa was incredible! The food hit the spot. The vibes were immaculate. About 10/person. The family running this place was so cute and I will gladly support them over and over again. Already planning my next trip! ”
“ I LOVE the spiced sugar skull latte! I also have loved the customer service at the drive up. The girls are always so friendly and kind. It may not be the fastest place but I love the quaintness and feel of this coffee shop vs others. I have had their breakfast burrito a couple of times and it is yummy! ”
“ Got the breakfast burrito w/ ham and a dirty chai. The burrito is good but I don't love that the ham is thin and sliced, like small strips of deli meat. I couldn't really taste the ham and it didn't add much. If they could make the hasbrowns inside crispy I'd forgive the ham but they didn't, so I won't. The salsa Verde was amazingly delicious and flavorful! The dirty chai tasted like gingerbread, super delicious. Totally recommend especially for holiday flavor. ”
“ Everything was delicious. I had a custom omelette with ham peppers and mushrooms. My wife had the veggie omelette. They are generous with ingredients. I am a light roast guy and the coffee was fantastic. My wife had a latte; the best ever. Staff were friendly and helpful. A MUST stop!! ”
“ Brought my family here to celebrate my grandma's 83 bday! Loved the fact that they have table games for the kids to play with & WiFi of course. We had an iced horchata mocha it was so good & the chilaquiles!!! The cashier was super friendly & chatted with me after we ate. Loved it here we will be back. ”
“ Finally made my way here and I was not disappointed. Came with my best friend for breakfast. We were greeted right away, the gentleman helping us was very nice. I got the french toast combo with scrambled eggs and bacon. She got the veggie omelette that had a slice of toast and potatoes. We both loved our meal! She let me try her omelette and it was really good! And that’s saying a lot considering I do not like veggies lol. We also both got a Horchata latte and it was good. Cute and delicious place for breakfast, I will definitely come back. ”
“ The chilaquiles with carne asada were absolutely amazing! The chile verde was bursting with flavor and the chilaquiles cooked to perfection. Highly recommend! And of course you have to order the coffee! It is locally roasted by the owner! I had the 'Mom Needs a Minute' as one of their May specials and every sip was heaven. I am from out of town and I can't wait to go back! ”
